GERARD MANSOUR, Chief Executive Officer

Gerard Mansour is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aged & Community Care Victoria (ACCV). ACCV is the peak industry body in Victoria representing residential living, aged and community care. Gerard is the spokesperson for ACCV, the single industry body for the aged care industry including church and charitable sector, private providers, community organisations and public providers. Gerard is as a graduating Fellow, Executive Program for Non Profit Leaders at Stanford University. He has Master of Arts, a Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) and a Diploma of Youth Work. He has worked for over 25 years in leadership roles within industry associations and is the inaugural CEO for ACCV since its inception in July 2006.

GREG KNOX, Membership Development & Services Manager

Greg has worked in acute health and aged care management roles for over 25 years. His background in health management and business development and work with industry associations provides a comprehensive suite of skills looking after membership development and services with ACCV. Previous organizations that Greg has worked for include the Victorian Health Association, the Royal Women’s Hospital, Western Hospital and The Alfred Hospital. Greg’s qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (Health Management) and a Bachelor of Arts.

TONY GRIBBLE, Aged Care Business Operations Manager

Tony is a Qualified Accountant with over 10 years experience in Aged Care at the Executive level in the Not for Profit sector as well finance and managerial roles in the Private sector. He also had two years managing a large Retirement Village which included both a Low Care and a High Care residential aged care facilities. Prior to this Tony spent 25 years with Telstra in the finance area at middle management and executive levels.

JANICE HADGRAFT, Residential Services Manager

Janice Hadgraft has a broad range of clinical and management experience within acute health and aged care. She has managed residential services facilities and has also held several quality and risk management positions. Janice also has qualifications in aged care assessment and risk management.

PAUL ZANATTA, Community Care & Small Rural Health Manager

Paul Zanatta. Paul has been a Div 1 Registered Nurse for 22 years. He has worked extensively in mixed clinician and managerial roles in a variety of ambulatory and community settings. Paul spent two years as a Director of Nursing and Village Manager with Southern Cross Care Victoria in the late 1990’s. Paul has worked in a range of metropoliatn and rural settings. He has a Diploma of Applied Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Applied Science Advanced Nursing - Community Health and a Graduate Diploma of Health Counselling. Currently, Paul is finishing a Masters of Public Health.

RAE WILSON, Training & Consultancy Manager

Rae has over 25 years experience in the training industry. Her experience ranges from course design and delivery, to needs analysis and training management. Organisations Rae has worked with include; Telstra, KPMG, The Smorgon Group, Crown Casino, Drake International and more recently CPE National. She is personally committed to lifelong learning, and finds great satisfaction in assisting Adult Learners to explore their options. Rae holds a Diploma of Human Resources Management from Deakin University, and a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. She is married with three grown children.
