  • GERARD MANSOUR Chief Executive Officer


    Gerard Mansour is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aged & Community Care Victoria (ACCV). Gerard is the spokesperson for ACCV, the single industry body for the aged care industry including church and charitable sector, private providers, community organisations and public providers. Gerard is a graduating Fellow of the Executive Program for Non-Profit Leaders at Stanford University. He has a Master of Arts, Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) and Diploma of Youth Work. He has worked for more than 25 years in leadership roles within industry associations and is the inaugural CEO for ACCV since its inception in July 2006.
  • GREG KNOX Membership & Business Development Manager


    Greg has worked in acute health and aged care management roles for more than 25 years. His background in health management and business development and work with industry associations provides a comprehensive suite of skills for managing membership development and services with ACCV. Greg has previously held roles with the Victorian Health Association, the Royal Women’s Hospital, Western Hospital and The Alfred Hospital. Greg’s qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration (Health Management) and a Bachelor of Arts.
  • TONY GRIBBLE Aged Care Finances Manager


    Tony Gribble holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) with more than 15 years in aged care at the executive level in the not-for-profit sector, as well finance and managerial roles in the private sector. Tony also managed a large Retirement Village which included both low care and high care residential aged care facilities. Prior to this, Tony spent 25 years with Telstra in the finance area at middle management and executive levels. He is also a Director of Transcomm.
  • KATE HOUGH Residential Services Manager


    The ACCV Manager Residential Services, Kate has more than 20 years’ experience in the aged care industry as an RN, she has held a variety of senior positions including State Manager – Stanhope Healthcare Services, Victorian Operations Manager – Regis Group. Kate is a nurse advisor and administrator with the Department of Health and Ageing, and currently a board member of Victorian Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and the Nurses Board of Victoria Legacy Ltd. Kate’s educational experience includes a range of qualifications in project management, health services management, workplace training and assessment, and gerontic assessment.
  • DAVID AMESBURY Workforce & Rural Health Manager


    In July 2007, David Amesbury joined the team at Aged & Community Care Victoria (ACCV). He has more than 25 years professional experience and qualifications as a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, Human Resource Manager and Industrial Relations Advocate in the health and community service sectors. David draws on his extensive experience as a senior manager specialising in workforce planning, human resource management and workplace relations to provide advice, support and representation for the aged care industry.
  • DIANA FITZGERALD Training, Events & Consultancy Manager


    Diana joined ACCV after eight years at Alzheimer's Australia VIC, the last three of which she was Operations Manager in Education Services. Diana trained at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne as a RN Div 1 and also holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts as well as a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training. Over the past 15 years Diana has worked in the aged and community care industry in a variety of roles including nursing, learning and development consultancy and education and training program development and delivery.
  • JUDY GREGURKE Manager, Community Living & Policy


    Judy has extensive experience in a range of community sector management roles. She has most recently been Regional General Manager for Victoria at Multiple Sclerosis Australia – ACT/NSW/VIC, and prior to that held a number of Executive roles at Djerriwarrh Health Services. As a qualified Speech Pathologist, Judy has worked in acute hospital, primary care and education settings. Her management roles led to the successful completion of a Masters Degree in Health Administration. Judy has used her skills and training to build successful teams of health and community care professionals and deliver high quality and client responsive services for clients in the disability, HACC, aged, primary and community health fields.
