Community Care
Community Care is a complex array of services supporting many older people in their communities every day.
ACCV’s Community Care Members include services funded by the government Home and Community Care Program (HACC), National Respite for Carers Program (NRCP) and as well as packaged care including Community Aged Care Packages (CACP) and Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) and EACH–Dementia packages. Some ACCV Members are also private home care services who also partner with funded services to deliver high quality home care.
