Community Care Fees Calculator

National aged care body Aged and Community Services Australia (ACSA) provides ACCV Members with a Community Care Fees Calculator which is updated twice yearly in line with Aged Pension Australia increases.

A Community Aged Care Package (CACP) Fee Guide uses the Medicare levy threshold specified for eligible recipients of the Senior Australians Tax Offset. The Senior Australians Tax Offset sets the Medicare levy most commonly claimed by older Australians.

The Calculator is a ready reckoner for the maximum fees which can be charged to clients on a Community Aged Care Package (CACP), and Extended Aged Care at Home/Dementia packages (EACH)/(EACH-D). The dollar amounts for the fees are linked to a calculated proportion of the aged pension.
