Health and aged care services in rural and remote Victoria are an important part of Australia’s health system. All Australians should have equitable access to appropriate health services, regardless of where they live. It is critical that our rural and remote services are supported, protected and developed to meet the needs of all Victorians.

ACCV provides representation, support, advice and assistance to rural health and aged care services in Victoria to ensure:
  • Access to a ACCV Statewide Bush Nursing Hospital Meeting
  • Access to the range of ACCV Regional Meetings spread throughout regional Victoria
  • The viability and sustainability of rural health and aged care services
  • The effectiveness and efficiency of rural health and aged care services
  • Quality health and aged care services are delivered to rural Victorians
  • Rural health and aged care services are adequately funded and supported by Governments
