The Submission Phase

Listed at the bottom of this page are summaries from discussions held throughout Victoria to assist aged care providers in preparing a submission for the Inquiry. In a significant gesture on 5 August 2010, ACCV handed over more than 40 Member submissions from more than 50 organisations to the Productivity Commission for their 2010 Inquiry into aged care. ACCV also submitted an all-encompassing submission to reflect the key issues and solutions proposed by Members throughout the State, while national body ACSA also lodged a submission.

The number of submissions received by ACCV was a true reflection of the desire of the industry to see fundamental reform and we thank all who were involved in producing the submissions.
