Aged and Community Care Victoria provides advice to members who have Retirement Villages and also Independent Living Units. ACCV also has the ILU Retirement Living Strategic Task Force and the ILU Networking Forum which meets each three months. The latest government thrust to provide affordable housing under the NRAS banner is also covered under this section.

ACCV also works in conjunction with the RVA, Consumer Affairs and the Department of Justice to provide input to any changes that are proposed for the Retirement Villages Act Victoria.
