2. A senior industrial relations advisory, dispute resolution and advocacy service that will consult with individual organizations for advice on issues such as:

• Case specific disciplinary procedures
• Staffing issues to do with restructuring or downsizing and redundancies
• Negotiation and registration of workplace agreements
• Representation at the Australian Industrial Relations Commission
• Complex termination of employment cases
• All other case specific issues
