This course provides a comprehensive overview of what is required at the first level of management.  Mostly practical, and very interactive, new supervisors are invited to explore what is required to lead effectively, and how to bring out the best in people.  Participants analyse their own behaviour and style, whilst gaining an insight into the experiences of others in supervisory roles.   The course provides a useful forum to discuss the most current trends in the leadership of people.
