The aged care complaints experience - What does it tell us about the interplay between resident risk taking and provider caring?
Brian specialises in elder law, estate and life planning, estate administration, dependency planning, guardianship and administration, family disputes and mediation, trusts, business and family succession and aged care and retirement villages and not for profits. 
Brian will examine the nature of complaints dealt with by the Aged Care Complaints Investigation Scheme and the Aged Care Commissioner and how these authorities have determined how providers should balance the right of residents to take risks and the provider’s duty to care for residents.
